Man v/s Nature: The Fight Continues?

As if skin cancer was not bad enough by itself, the latest reports show that annual UK rates of skin cancer could treble by 2035. The culprits are the increasing global warming and the rising trend among Britons of taking holidays at sunnier destinations.

It has always been a cause of concern that the rates of skin cancer are rising. But then nobody is to be blamed completely. For, the blame is to be shared partially between the Man and the Nature.

Man has been quite ruthless with the environment. He has been abusing it for his own good and pleasure. Despite repeated warnings about the damage being done to the environment, man has still not paid heed and is paying in the form of increasing global temperatures. Thus, global warming has become a real danger today not confined to textbooks alone.

Talking of Nature, the weather that she has bestowed upon the Britons obviously makes them run to sunnier climes whenever possible. A dose of sunshine boosts them up. Hence, it is no wonder that Britons are fond of the sun which is quite lacking in their own country.

But the ultimate conclusion is that skin cancer rates are going to treble by 2035. Hence, Man has to do something about it or he'll be in big trouble.
